The meeting was called to order by the Commodore at 8:00 pm.
Gary read the minutes and they were accepted
Swore in new members (Michael Burns and Robert McDonalds)

First Vice Commodore report- BJ reported the monthly financial report. February had a drawer value of $12,448.50 with no known error. This was an increase over last February by $5,852.35 partially because it did include an additional weekend due to when he closed it out.
Second Vice Commodore report- John reported that the Steak bake was a success. Brian thanked all of his
helpers. John reported on March 21 music by Amanda and Rual
Rear Commodore report- Karl reported there will be work parties April 11, 12, 18 and 19 starting at 8 am. There is a lot of work that needs to be done before the docks open.
Treasurer report- Lori reported on the monthly bills. Lori reported the club had a total revenue of $44,373 which includes membership dues, docks, assessments, house income including bar and fuels sales. Expenses totaled $23,943 leaving a net year to date profit of $131,313 at the end of February. All Bills have been paid to date.
Purser Report- Tonya reported $37,623.24 deposits for the month of February.
Director’s Report
· Reviewed and approved the bills that were presented for payment by the Treasure.
·Approved minutes of February meeting
· Approved 3 new members for swearing in
· Approved up to 20 work hours for First Mates Opening weekend
· Approved purchasing a new refrigerator for $1039 plus tax
· Approved selling old refrigerator and 7.5 horse outboard by member bid all bids are due to BOD by April 7 BOD meeting
Commodore’s Report
·Cleaner has resigned and we are in need of a new one.
Committees
Grounds – Mark Ward –said that he would be putting up a list for members to sign up for work hours.
House Maintenance – Scott Michelle-absent
Technology– Tom Decicco-absent
Capital Improvement- Jason Beach- committee received 3 bids for material for floor covering which they will present to the board in April and then to members at the April 10th meeting. The plan is to do the Bar floor in 2026 and then the back-room floor in 2027.
New Business/Old Business-none
Patricia Lefevre brought up that she has noticed there has been a lot of garbage left around the club and wanted to remind everyone to pick up after themselves and their guest.
